All applications must be completed and approved before a conditional qualification offer can be made. Missing information or falsification of any part of the application may disqualify the applicant. Background checks including, but not limited to, any driver informational clearing house, Criminal History and MVR’s will be completed on all applicants. The Safety Department reserves the right to accept or deny any driver applicant who is deemed unsatisfactory or who is considered a liability risk to Dynamic Dedicated

All driver applicants must meet the qualification standards of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Driver must be in good health
Driver must be at least 24 years of age.
Must be able to speak the English language well enough to do the job and respond to official questions. Must also be able to write well enough to make entries on reports and records.
Driver must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
No current license suspensions. Only one valid license from the state in which the applicant resides, may be held. All licenses held in the last five years must be listed on application.
Qualified applicants must have 3 years of verifiable over-the-road commercial driving experience of verifiable over-the-road commercial driving experience. Over-the-road is defined as crossing state lines and driving in various weather conditions including winter. Must be able to drive the vehicle safely and pass a commercial driver’s road test.
No careless and/or reckless driving or leaving the scene of an accident convictions in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations within the last 18 months, and no more than 3 within the last 3 years. No serious moving violations in the last 36 months as defined in part 383.5 FMCSR.
Preventable accidents are to be considered moving violations. The Safety Department reserves the right to deny the applicant for any accident, which is the result of gross negligence or disregard for public safety. The Safety Department also reserves the right to deny the applicant for any non-preventable accidents or incidents.
No drug or alcohol related incidents and/or convictions, in the past 5 years and only one in a lifetime. No drug or alcohol related incidents and/or convictions ever in a commercial motor vehicle.
Convicted felons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Must complete application, listing a previous ten-year work history with no date gaps. Addresses and phone numbers must be included on the application. Work history must be verified before the driver will be accepted. If the driver was unemployed or self-employed, they must list this time as well.
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen in compliance with Federal Regulations. Must consent to mandatory random drug testing in compliance with Federal Regulations. DOT Physical must be good for at least 6 months.
Driver must have the physical capability to load or unload trucks in all kinds of weather.
Driver must be familiar with and understand the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations and understand proper log record keeping requirements.
All drivers applicants must pass a functional capacity test (FCT).
Look for truck abandonment.
Too many jobs in a short period of time.
